INGREDIENTS:
Amla: Amla fruit contains fiber that helps the patient in regulating bowel motions and might even alleviate digestive discomfort. Amla fruit has high vitamin C, content and antioxidants that aid in the absorption of certain other elements and improve cardiac health. Thus, it may be beneficial if we take iron or some mineral supplements. It improves the functioning of the liver, and kidney, and enhances overall health.
Baheda: It improves digestion by regulating the release of gastric secretions and facilitating the breaking up of food particles into small digestible components. Moreover, it assists in the healing of ulcers in the mouth or stomach, congestion, indigestion, loss of appetite, thirst, and other ailments. It helps with constipation by enhancing the liver’s activity, which produces bile juice to break down fats and lipids from foods.
Harad: Harad is beneficial in some health issues such as loss of appetite, piles, irregular bowel syndrome, digestion, and related infections due to its anti-bacterial, anti-microbial, and anti-inflammatory properties.
